Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the ordering and shipment of goods ordered over the internet at www.fire-n-dice.com, via e-mail or telephone. Within these services solely the following terms and conditions are accepted.

2. Conclusion of contract

You may place orders online at the internet ordering site, via e-mail or via telephone.
All orders are being confirmed by Fire-N-Dice electronically or in writing.
The contract is concluded between Fire-N-Dice and the customer with receiving the confirmation of the order.

3. Prices

All prices stated in the onlineshop are in Euro (EUR) and contain VAT. Shipping costs and if applicable cash on delivery charges are not contained in these prices but are stated separately on the invoice.
Authoritative for each order are the prices applying to the date of order.
There is no minimum order value.

4. Payment options

Payment can solely be carried out by cash and carry, prepayment, cash on delivery or by using PayPal.

-	PayPal and the payment via credit card respectively
	Here you can pay your order via credit card or using bank transfer. The customer is being refered to the secured site of our partner ?PayPal? where he enters his payment data. The credit card data is conveyed to PayPal only. PayPal transfers the payment to the account of the receiver of the payment. PayPal is currently the worldwide leading provider for online-payments with leading security and fraud prevention systems. The Payment via credit card is conducted directly on the servers of PayPal and is therefore secured by SSL!

-	Cash and carry
	You must enter a phone number in the comment field that we can contact you. You can pick up your order at our store anytime within our opening hours. The payment will be conducted directly when you pick up your order. With this payment option no shipping costs arise.

-	Prepayment
	The whole order amount is being transferred to our account in advance. The transfer has to be conducted within 14 days from the receipt of the confirmation of the order. If not the order is deemed to be canceled. The goods will be shipped after the receipt of the bank transfer. -	Cash on delivery
	The payment is conducted by taking over the goods directly to the mailman. Cash on delivery charge: € 4,50 The cash on delivery charge is independent from the order value. We inform you that the cash on delivery charge is also to pay if you do not take over the goods. COD is possible for the following countries: Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece

5. Delivery time, shipping costs

The shipment of the ordered goods is conducted through our logistics partner GLS primarily.

Shipping costs inside Austria	€ 3,60
Shipping costs inside EU and Switzerland	€ 7,50
Shipping costs rest of the world	€ 18,30

Free of shipping costs inside Austria	if order value is more than € 100,--
Free of shipping costs inside EU and Switzerland	if order value is more than € 150,--
Free of shipping costs rest of the world	if order value is more than € 200,--

Normally we ship your order the next day after we have completely received the payment.
The estimated shipping time inside Austria is 2-4 working days. When the chosen payment method was prepayment the shipping time starts to count when the payment was received.
The shipping time abroad varies strongly and it will take something between 3 and 10 work days from experience.
If delays arise after the receipt of the order we will inform the customer automatically via E-Mail and in this case the customer has the right to withdraw the order free of charge or change the order at any time before the shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw his/her order within a period of 14 days after the receipt of the delivery. The withdrawal has to take place in writing (letter or e-mail) or by reshipping the goods.
Already used goods or goods not reshipped in original packing are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The foil of DVDs and CDs and the sealing respectively have to be undamaged. We retransfer the value of the goods (no shipping costs, no cod charge) when they are reshipped. For this purpose we need your account information.
The costs arising from reshipment carries the customer if not appointed in another way with Fire-N-Dice in writing or the delivered goods do not meet the ordered ones.

7. Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods stay property of Fire-N-Dice until complete payment.

8. Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is the responsible court of the legal domicile of Fire-N-Dice. Business with Fire-N-Dice is subject to Austrian law.
