| | How can I register myself? | | If it is the first time you buy at Fire-N-Dice, click the link "Register" on the upper right just under the login box. Fill in the form and save your data by clicking on the "Register" button.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail on your entered e-mail address. We guarantee you to not refer your personal data to any third party. You can at anytime view your data, correct it or ask us to delete it. | | | top |
| | How do I shop? | | You manage to shop with following a few simple Steps:
1. Log in or register yourself.
If it is the first time you buy at Fire-N-Dice, register yourself as described above.
If you are already registered, log in using your e-mail address and your password in the login box on the upper right.
2. Choose an article.
The Articles in our online shop are ordered by categories or by brands. You can browse through the different categories in the menu bar under the logo. If you want to view all articles of one specific brand you can enter the name of the brand in the search box on the right side or click on the logo of the brand on one of the columns on the sides.
If you found an article you like in the general overview click on the image or the name to get detailed information about this article and a larger photo.
3. Select the applicable size and quantity.
After you have selected the applicable size and the quantity click on the button "Add to cart". The article is now in your cart but you change it or can remove it from cart at any time before you proceed to checkout.
If you want to buy an article in more than one size then you first add one size with the desired quantity to your cart and after that the article in another size with the desired quantity.
4. Shopping cart / Checkout
You can always see the content of your cart in the gray column on the right side.
You reach your cart by clicking the shopping cart image.
There you see every article you put in the cart and they are displayed clearly arranged, every item in a separate line. You can remove any article separately if you want.
You find the total amount of all articles below the listed articles. This total amount does not contain any shipping costs or cod charge. Shipping costs and possibly cod charge are calculated after you have chosen a payment method when you start checking out the order.
When you have added all desired articles to your cart and you want to proceed to checkout, you can either in the shopping cart or at any time in the gray column on the right under the content of the shopping cart click the "Checkout" button to proceed to checkout. Then follow the 3 steps and see the confirmation page of the order.
5. Check your delivery address
Please check your delivery address in this Step. You can correct your data when you click on the "edit" link. If you want to tell us additional information to your order (e.g. a different delivery date) you can write it into the "Comment" field. When you have finished your input and/or corrections you must confirm that you have read our terms and agree to them. You do so with clicking the checkbox on the bottom. After that, click "Continue".
6. Choose a payment option
Choose one of the payment options.
- Cash and carry
- PayPal and the payment via credit card respectively
- Prepayment
- Cash on delivery
(Detailed information about a single payment option will be described in the section "How can I pay for my order?")
Click "Continue".
7. Check the ordered products
This is the last step before placing a bindingly order. Here you can once again view your ordered products. You can again view your shopping cart and possibly delete Products by clicking the "edit" link. In this list you can also find shipping costs and possible cod charge. If everything is alright, click "Continue".
8. Completion of the order and confirmation E-Mail
On the screen you can read a confirmation text, that your order has been received. In a few moments you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check the e-mail address you entered in your personal data. If you now click "Continue" you will be redirected to the welcome page and your order was processed successfully.

You must enter a phone number in the comment field that we can contact you.
You can pick up your order at our store anytime within our opening hours.
The payment will be conducted directly when you pick up your order.
With this payment option no shipping costs arise.
- PayPal and the payment via credit card respectively
Here you can pay your order via credit card or using bank transfer.
The customer is being refered to the secured site of our partner ?PayPal? where he enters his payment data.
The credit card data is conveyed to PayPal only.
PayPal transfers the payment to the account of the receiver of the payment.
We offer payment via credit card only via PayPal. The Payment via credit card is conducted directly on the servers of PayPal and is therefore secured by SSL!
- Prepayment
The whole order amount is being transferred to our account in advance. The transfer has to be conducted within 14 days from the receipt of the confirmation of the order. If not the order is deemed to be canceled.
The goods will be shipped after the receipt of the bank transfer.
- Cash on delivery (only for Austria, EU, Switzerland)
The payment is conducted by taking over the goods directly to the mailman. Cash on delivery charge: € 4,50
The cash on delivery charge is independent from the order value.
We inform you that the cash on delivery charge is also to pay if you do not take over the goods.

The estimated shipping time inside Austria is 2-4 working days. When the chosen payment method was prepayment the shipping time starts to count when the payment was received.
The shipping time abroad varies strongly and it will take something between 3 and 7 work days from experience.

Let us know which other article or size you want so that we can reserve the substitute product for you and send the goods back to us post-paid. (Not post-paid packages can not be accepted)
Already used goods or goods not reshipped in original packing are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The foil of DVDs and CDs and the sealing respectively have to be undamaged.
We retransfer the value of the goods (no shipping costs, no cod charge) when they are reshipped. For this purpose we need your account information.
